Duties
Job Summary:
Provide HR support for the Tokio Marine Global Management Associate Program (MAP), a global rotation program for high potential employees.
Essential Job Functions:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding TMNAS/MAP policies, procedures and programs
- Assist with the development of global human resource policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with the administration of performance management and compensation/bonus programs
- Assist with delivery of training programs. (i.e. PM training, High Potential In-Services, etc.)
- Coordinate logistics related to rotations (i.e. Equipment, Personal shipping, Onboarding at GCs, Documentation requested by HR, etc.)
- Support MAP recruitment efforts for high potential participants
- Draft offer letters and coordinate payment and tracking of relocation bonuses with payroll
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Assist with CSR and engagement activities for TMNAS and/or MAP as necessary
- Assist with the preparation of day to day reports inclusive of organization charts, etc
- Assist with drafting internal employee communications
- Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, filing, faxing, letter and document preparation/finalization
- Develop Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations on MAP/HR topics
- Maintain confidential and non-routine information
- Interface effectively with all levels of personnel
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 0-2 years of experience
- Prior working experience in an office environment preferred
- Experience with insurance and/or global organizations highly desirable
- Experience coordinating and delivering training/development programs highly desirable
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills: able to work with a variety of people and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Emotional maturity to be able to responsibly work with confidential and sensitive information
- Superior attention to detail
- Strong analytical ability
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to work non-standard (global) hours as needed
