Duties

Job Summary:

Performs day-to-day activities of the Technology Business Management (“TBM”) function for TMNAS and the business units it supports.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Performs duties as assigned to support TBM processes
2. Directs documents for internal approval and allocation to business units
3. Analyzes, codes and processes invoices to the general ledger
4. Creates purchase requisitions and goods receipts
5. Coordinates and communicates with vendors
6. Participates in the review, analysis and documentation of business and system processes
7. Assists in the development and delivery of TBM process training for end users

Qualifications

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline preferred
2. 0-2 years relevant experience
3. Cursory knowledge of both information technology and accounting concepts
4. Strong math skills to understand and perform procurement processes
5. Ability to work both independently and without supervision, as well as part of a team
6. Ability to effectively navigate formal and informal communication and decision-making channels
