Duties
Job Summary:
Responsible for installing, relocating and maintaining computing hardware such as monitors, small CPUs and printers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installs, configures and maintains office productivity enhancing tools – hardware and software
- Works with end-users to determine types of hardware and software required and coordinates acquisition
- Utilizes automation tools to remotely deploy software
- Interfaces with vendors for service of PC's and related hardware
- Utilizes desktop imaging software to create and maintain build standards
- Provides support for end-users of office systems and products
- Complies with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at the Company
Qualifications
Experience:
- Must be actively enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate program with a related major
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) preferred
