Duties
Job Summary
Provide administrative support and assistance to the HR Department.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding tasks, maintaining compliance and utilizing our HRIS and other systems
- Support the planning and organizing of CSR and engagement activities
- Maintain our social media accounts by generating content, creating posts, and engaging with our followers
- Draft internal employee communications
- Administrate our day to day recognition program, Annual Awards, and Service Awards
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding TMNAS policies, procedures and programs
- Assist with the development of human resource policies, procedures, and programs
- Assist with the administration of performance management and compensation/bonus programs
- Assist with the preparation of day to day reports inclusive of organization charts, etc
- Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
- Provide general clerical support, including photocopying, electronic filing, letter and document preparation/finalization
- Develop Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations on HR topics
- Maintain confidential and non-routine information
- Interface effectively with all levels of personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Social Media experience is highly desirable
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Strong organizing skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship building skills: able to work with a variety of people and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner
- Emotional maturity to be able to responsibly work with confidential and sensitive information
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
