Corporate Real Estate Intern

Provides a broad range of facilities and real estate services in line with business objectives, strategic goals, and Facilities initiatives. The intern role is a developmental position that will involve key aspects of Facilities Operations. This may include such accountability as design/development of floor plans, evaluation of physical floor layouts versus electronic documentation and assistance with evaluation, planning and migration to new facilities management software system Responsible for daily maintenance of Footprints ticketing system and tracking work efforts for all responsibilities.
Current enrollment in college degree program
Knowledge of Facilities best practices.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of Autocad 2010 or higher
