Duties
Job Summary |
Responsible for the implementation, integration and support of office support systems. |
Job Responsibilities - Installs, configures and maintains office productivity enhancing tools – hardware and software.
- Works with end-users to determine types of hardware and software required and coordinates acquisition.
- Utilizes automation tools to remotely deploy software.
- Utilizes desktop imaging software to create and maintain build standards.
- Participates in evaluation, testing and integration of new office products or functions.
- Provides support for end-users of office systems and products.
- Provide audio video support to customers for meetings, conferences and customer offsite events.
- Ability to provide mobile device support for iPhones and Android Devices
- Proven ability to negotiate and work with various Audio/Video vendors to secure purchase quotes, statement of work.
- Ability to physically install and configure Audio Video components
- Complies with proper internal controls as necessary to conduct job functions and/or carry out responsibilities and/or administrative activities at the Company.
- Establishes and builds strong working relations and partnerships with Business Units and Senior Management.
- Performs special projects and other duties as may be assigned.
- Ability to travel periodically to complete remote office AV installations or support offsite events.

Qualifications
Degree / Licenses and Professional Certifications - Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) preferred.
- Lenovo desktop certification a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field preferred.

Experience - 5 – 9 years’ experience in a Desktop technician role.

- Experience with Cisco/Tandberg videoconferencing systems (Barco Click-Share, DMP Media Player etc.)
- Experience with hardware Asset Management a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft System Center a plus.
- Hands –on experience with operating and maintaining equipment used to amplify, record and display sound and images at live events.
- Hands-on experience with desktop encryption and antivirus software.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 10, 13, 16, and Office 365.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft OneDrive
- Experience with organizational on boarding/off boarding processes
- Hands-on experience with desktop encryption and antivirus software.
- Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange
- Proven ability to negotiate and work with various Audio/Video vendors to secure purchase quotes, statement of work etc.
